Who is using Artificial Intelligence (AI) well at work? How exactly can I use AI to maximize my impact ?  If these are questions you have, please join us on April 30th  to learn practical & concrete examples of AI expertise that benefit HR executives & improve business results.

We’ll be learning from our Moderator, Jeff Summer, and two expert Practitioners, Rajamma Krishnamurthy and Megan Torrance, how to leverage AI to increase efficiency, upskill employees, measure AI results, and understand pitfalls.

Jeff recently worked with a leadership team to select, acquire and integrate an AI group and relevant capabilities into a company's product pipeline to improve the interpretation of images used to detect and determine treatment for prostate cancer.

Megan Torrance is CEO & founder of TorranceLearning, connecting learning strategy to design, development, data and ultimately performance. Megan has over 25 years of experience in learning design, deployment, and consulting. Megan and the TorranceLearning team are passionate about sharing what works, so they devote considerable time to teaching and sharing about Agile project management for learning design, racial equity, and xAPI & learning analytics.

Megan is the author of Agile for Instructional Designers  Data & Analytics for Instructional Designers , and  Making Sense of xAPI. She is a facilitator with eCornell Women's Executive Leadership certificate, and instructor in Cornell's Executive HR Masters program, and adjunct professor in Penn State's Learning Design & Technology Masters program.

With more than 20 years of experience in HR technology, Rajamma is currently a Product leader and the Strategy Lead for Enterprise AI at Microsoft. A prolific speaker and an ethical AI enthusiast, she is also on the advisory board of investment companies investing in HR Tech and AI. Additionally, Rajamma is an adjunct professor at NYU teaching a Master's level course on Human Capital Analytics and Technology.
