Aligning Talent Strategy With Business Strategy

Join People Strategy Collective for a lively evening of networking and conversation on how HR leaders can better align talent strategy with business strategy.

Total human capital costs can account for as much as 70% of operating expenses in organizations, including companies in the Fortune 500. To get the most out of this investment, organizations need to align their talent to business objectives. How do they accomplish this? By examining the business strategy, identifying its demands and implications for talent, and then designing a talent strategy to meet those needs. (Source: Korn Ferry)

We will be joined by a panel of expert leaders and speakers from the HR field to explore:

  • Practices and pitfalls to consider in matching a specific talent strategy to a business strategy
  • How to successfully propose a business-aligned talent strategy to your business stakeholders
  • Tangible real-life examples of aligned talent/business strategies that contribute to business outcomes

Appetizers and drinks will be served, thanks to our sponsor BTS.
