Christina has devoted 15+ years of her career to human resources. Currently as Vice President of Human Resources for NBCUniversal she has worked with numerous clients in the areas of sales, marketing, communications, research, finance and strategic initiatives across various portfolios in broadcast, cable entertainment, streaming and advertising sales. In her role, she serves as a creative thought leader and strategic partner to HR professionals and Executive teams in areas of employee engagement, talent management, learning & development and employee relations. Christina earned her Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College.

Most recently, she was Chief HR Officer at Fresh Beauty, directing global people strategies across North America, Europe, and Asia. Danielle is recognized for developing talent, scaling businesses, and creating inclusive, high-performing cultures that drive growth.

Mary is a senior human resources executive with more than two decades of leadership experience in both the legal field and the human resources industry.
