Jennifer Caserta Priore
Chief People Officer, SoundCloud
Jennifer Caserta Priore is the Chief People Officer at SoundCloud, a pioneering music platform that connects artists, fans, and curators, and drives innovation in the music industry. Since joining SoundCloud in 2022, Caserta has been instrumental in shaping the company's culture and workforce strategies.
As an executive leader in the organization, Caserta develops and implements comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with SoundCloud's mission, vision, and goals. In this role, Caserta leads key culture initiatives, oversees talent attraction, fosters learning and development, optimizes global total rewards, drives people operations, shapes internal communications, and enhances workplace experiences for a diverse global team.
Her leadership was pivotal in the creation of a dynamic hybrid work environment and the revitalization of SoundCloud's post-pandemic office culture. Her innovative approaches to total rewards structures and talent development have ensured that SoundCloud's workforce remains agile and engaged in an ever-evolving industry landscape. Under her leadership, the global employee engagement scores saw significant increases year over year.
Prior to joining SoundCloud, Caserta served as the Chief Transformation and People Officer at AMC Networks, a global entertainment company renowned for acclaimed television series and films. In this capacity, she modernized global employee relations, implemented new systems for talent assessment and compensation, prioritized employee engagement and development, and expanded the company's benefits and rewards programs. She also led initiatives that integrated employees across the company and oversaw the evolution of AMC Networks' organizational structure to align legacy brands with new digital and streaming products.
Before her tenure as Chief Transformation and People Officer, Jennifer was President and General Manager of IFC TV, where she transformed the network from a niche independent film channel to a fully advertiser-supported destination for acclaimed comedy programming. Under her leadership, IFC introduced original series such as "Documentary Now!", "Brockmire", and "Portlandia".THE ORG
Caserta also held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager at Fuse Networks LLC, where she launched live studio series and drove significant ratings and web traffic growth. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President of Advertising Sales Marketing at Court TV, redefining its trade brand, and held marketing roles at Oxygen Media, Food Network, Westwood One, and the Radio Advertising Bureau MarketScreener.
An advocate for mentorship, Jennifer frequently connects with emerging leaders to support their development. In addition to her commitment to emerging talent, she is also regularly recognized by industry trades. Variety recognized her in its "Power of Women: New York Impact" list, Adweek named her a "Person of the Moment," and Multichannel News and WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) honored her as a "Wonder Woman." She also earned the NCTA Vanguard Award for Young Leadership.

Allan H. Church, PhD
Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Maestro Consulting, LLC
Dr. Church is a widely recognized thought leader in the fields of talent management, industrial-organizational psychology, and organization development, and has over 30 years of experience in global corporate executive positions and external OD consulting. He is also an Adjunct Full Professor at Teachers College Columbia University where he teaches Strategic Talent Management.
Allan is currently Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Maestro Consulting LLC. Prior to Maestro, Allan spent 21 years at PepsiCo, Inc. in a variety of senior talent management and organization development roles both in the Enterprise Center of Expertise as well as in the Global Groups and Functions Sector. Most recently he was the Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management where he was responsible for setting the enterprise talent and leadership development strategy. Prior to PepsiCo he worked for almost a decade in organizational change consulting with W. Warner Burke Associates and spent several years at IBM.
Allan received his PhD in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College Columbia University and is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, the Association for Psychological Science, and the Society for Consulting Psychology. In 2018 he received the SIOP Distinguished Professional Contributions Award in recognition of his sustained, significant, and outstanding contributions to the field. In 2024 he was the recipient of the SIOP Wayne Cascio Scientist-Practitioner Award and the Teachers College Columbia University Distinguished Alumni award in recognition of his influence on both the science and practice of I-O Psychology. An active writer, he has authored seven books, 50 chapters and over 190 practitioner and scholarly articles.

Steven A. First
Vice President, Global Benefits, Pfizer
Steve is responsible for Pfizer's global benefits and colleague wellness initiatives. As head of benefits strategy and design, Steve ensures that Pfizer offers comprehensive, competitive benefits that support colleague needs and are closely tied to the employee value proposition. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring Pfizer’s health, insurance, retirement, and life & family offerings support making Pfizer an amazing workplace for all. By leading wellness initiatives and onsite clinic services, Steve is committed to delivering programs that support Pfizer colleagues’ health and wellbeing. Steve also assists with workplace programs that support return-to-site initiatives and expand flexibility around where Pfizer colleagues work.
Steve has over 30 years of employee benefits experience. He joined Pfizer through the acquisition of Wyeth. Prior to joining Wyeth, Steve was a Senior Consultant for Watson Wyatt in their Chicago and New York offices and has held key roles at Innovative Solutions in Healthcare, Hewitt Associates, and Washington National Insurance Company.
Steve is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in Mathematics. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.

Kerry J. Francis
Senior Managing Director, Harvard Group International (HGI)
Kerry has more than 20 years of experience in senior Human Resources Leadership and Talent Management practices in Financial Services industries. Prior to joining HGI, she held several senior level roles in Talent Management, sitting on the Senior Leadership teams at AIG and Deutsche Bank. She has successfully advised and coached Executives and Leaders though post-merger transitions, business transformations and reorganizations and is adept at navigating global, fast paced, ambiguous environments and cultures.
Kerry is passionate about ensuring that not only do we find the right candidates to fit our clients’ strategic and operational needs, but that we do all we can to ensure successful onboarding and transition – both for the hiring manager and the successful candidate. Using the information collated at the contract intake, together with her coaching background, she will work to create a transition plan for success.
Kerry studied in London at the L’Institut Francais (affiliated with the Sorbonne in Paris) and is certified in several psychometric instruments and learning certifications (MBTI; EQI; Kolb; OPQ; MQ; Belbin; British Psychological Society Level 2; Lominger and DDI’s Business Impact Leadership series). As a lifelong learner, she is continually seeking out opportunities to improve her knowledge and skills, both professionally and personally.
Kerry resides in New Jersey and is an avid competitive ballroom dancer at Arthur Murray with her Russian professional partner. She enjoys all the Performing Arts (currently volunteering at the NJ Shakespeare Theatre), Pilates, walking and watching classic British comedy and action films.
