The principles of influence, and your understanding of how senior executives make decisions, will give you solid strategies for selling your most important ideas and programs. The next step is deciding how to apply them IRL (or in real life).
In this workshop, we'll look at tactics built from these concepts that are proven to work. You'll then partner with your PSC colleagues and the changeforce consultant to select the ones that are most likely to be effective for your own upcoming selling situations. You'll come away with new tools that can be immediately applied so you can convince more people more often.
