Our initial programs for 2024 focus on a challenge that is not new, but more important than ever before:  being able to confidently communicate HR’s impact on business outcomes; to influence other c-suite executives to see people strategy as a value generator rather than an expense to be managed. The well-received January program offered a panel of experts from a range of industries who addressed that topic.

Our February workshops will dig deeper into that topic, providing further tools and insights for the participants. We are delighted that Dr. Solange Charas, who moderated the January session, will faciliate this workshop.  Through exercises and examples, she will enable participants to better engage their peers in conversations of HR’s contribution to business outcomes.

Workshop size will be limited, so please register early to ensure participation.  While the workshops will build on the information shared in January, all are welcome to join; attendance at the earlier program is not a prerequisite for participation here.
