This will be a hybrid event (in-person & virtual)
We will be holding a panel discussion with a diverse group of leaders from different industries and firm sizes. The panel will include business leaders from financial services, technology, entertainment, and a mix of larger and smaller firms.The panel will be moderated by Dr. Solange Charas, whose area of expertise is human capital driven margin optimization.
Discussion topics will include:
- How can CHROs become more effective in gaining buy-in for HR investments via the "ROI" lens? And relative to other investments?
- What has been the most impactful initiative from a bottom line perspective or increased productivity?
- What can HR do so that it's viewed as a revenue, not expense?
ROI of HR Workshops will be held in Manhattan and New Jersey during the last week of February. These follow-up sessions will emphasize implementation of key themes from the January program. Watch for details!

Dr. Charas is the Founder and CEO of HC Moneyball, an Adjunct Professor, and a governance researcher and thought-leader.
Dr. Charas’ SeS product uses data analytics to quantify the material (financial) impact of human capital on corporate performance and understand the effectiveness of human capital programs in generating HCROI. Analytics are applied to specific topics including materiality, pay equity, DE&I, learning and development. She is an expert in the area of human capital disclosures required a variety of ESG governance frameworks, the SEC, ISO 30414 and 30415 and ESRS S-1 and ESRS S-2. She serves on the ISO TC-260 committee responsible for all human capital standards.
Solange is an Adjunct Professor in the Master’s Programs of Human Capital Management at Columbia, USC, University of Washington, and NYU. She also is a Distinguished Principal Research Fellow (DPRF) at The Conference Board, where she leads the Strategic Human Capital Institute in the Human Capital Center.
Dr. Charas earned a PhD in Management (focused on Board Governance) from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a BA in International Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Tanya Moore has over 25 years of consulting and Human Resource experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors specializing in strategy workforce management; complex talent transformation; reskilling; employee experience; employee engagement; learning and development; compensation and performance management; talent acquisition; and workforce and leadership development.
Tanya is currently the Chief People Officer for Wes Monroe, a business and technology services firm, where she is responsible for building a world-class employee experience. Prior to joining West Monroe, Ms. Moore was the Chief People Officer for M.C. Dean, a design and engineering firm, where she was responsible for attracting, recruiting, and retaining technical talent. Tanya also spent 20 years at IBM where she was a Partner in IBM's Talent & Transformation organization, bringing leading practices to clients to support their workforce transformation.
Ms. Moore has an MBA from William and Mary where she specialized in Organizational Development. She serves on the William and Mary Consulting Board of Directors, the Virginia Chamber of Commerce Workforce Committee, and is a Harvard Business Review Advisory Council member.

Bill Feehan

Bill Feehan is the Head of Human Resources for Consumer & Community Banking for JPMorganChase. CCB is a team of 140,000 employees who serve clients across multiple consumer businesses and functions. In addition to his Chase role, Bill oversees HR for Commercial Banking, International Consumer Banking, and firmwide HR Advisory. He's also a member of the firm's Human Resources Operating Committee.
Bill began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank where he held numerous HR positions before serving as Vice President of the New York Metropolitan Employment Division. Before re-joining the firm in 2015, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for iHeartMedia, Inc., one of the world's largest media, entertainment, and advertising firms.
Bill holds a Bachelor's degree from Catholic University and a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Nancy is a graduate of Harvard Business School - OPM 50, including HBS Vice Provost Honors Certificate in Cybersecurity Risk Management. She holds a JD from Santa Clara University, School of Law, and an MA in Education and a BA in English both from Stamford University while earning varsity letters in three sports.

As part of the company’s executive leadership team, Caserta is responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy to support the overall
business and direction of the organization. In her role, she oversees culture, talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, people operations, internal
communications, and workplace affairs for hundreds of global employees at SoundCloud.
Prior to SoundCloud, Caserta was Chief Transformation and People Officer of AMC Networks, the global entertainment company known for delivering some of the
world’s most widely acclaimed television series and films. Before leading people and transformation for all of AMC Networks, Caserta spearheaded the evolution of the company’s IFC brand as President & General Manager, where she redefined network’s identity, transitioning it from a niche independent film channel to a fully advertiser-supported destination for some of the sharpest and most widely respected comedy in the business, defined by its “Always On. Slightly Off” sensibility. Caserta earned her degree in media studies from Hunter College, which subsequently inducted her into its Hall of Fame, and is an alumna of the CTAM
executive management program at Harvard Business School.
